Payment Methods

Registration and payment must be received in advance to guarantee spot. Registration is completed by filling out our online application. Payment options include:Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or Online Check. Please note that all prices listed for UreMusic group, semi-private, and private lesson workshops are in U.S. Dollars

Please note, we will refund duplicate orders, but we are not responsible for excess charges, NSF fees, or any other fees that may result from order submissions.

Refunds for Music Lessons

Please note that there are no refunds once group, semi-private, or private lessons are booked, or gift certificates purchased. Once you have completed the application for lessons and paid the lesson fee you have reserved time with the instructor. Lessons must be used within 28 days unless the instructor is notified in advance. This is taking reservation time away from another student. At the discretion of the management, credit may be given toward future sessions in special circumstances.

Refunds for Downloadable Goods

We do not provide refunds for downloadable items. Please be certain that you have selected the correct item before placing your order. In special circumstances we may refund orders for duplicate charges or other special circumstances.

Lesson Cancellation, Rescheduling Notice, & Structure

For private and semi-private lessons, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is needed to cancel or re-schedule without charge. Otherwise, the "pay-as-you-go" or discounted package rate will apply, whichever was booked for that time.

Each private lesson is given an allocation of time. This time is determined by the package that is purchased and contains a predetermined set of minutes in length.

Lessons may be rescheduled with advance notice from our instructors.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are occasionally available for private lessons.Recipients must specify and attend a group workshop or private lesson within 12 months from the booking date indicated on the certificate, or the certificate will expire and will no longer be redeemable.

Returned Checks

Returned checks are subject to a $40 NSF fee
